Project Summary.
GoldArc Resources holds a substantial exploration position within the renowned gold-rich Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia. Our projects are strategically located within the highly prospective geological ‘arc’ that links the Leonora and Kookynie districts. This region is home to vast greenstone belts with geological characteristics similar to nearby multi-million-ounce gold deposits and operating mines, including Genesis Minerals’ 850koz Au Ulysses Operation and Vault Minerals’ 6Moz King of the Hills mine. This prime location provides a strong foundation for both resource growth and the potential for new, significant discoveries.
Leonora South Gold Project.
Project Overview
Leonora South, consists of 8 semi-contiguous granted mining licences, including 313km² across it’s eastern tenements and an additional 236km² in the western area. The project currently consists of two JORC compliant resources at their Orion and Sapphire deposits totalling over 48,000 ounces.
Leonora South is ideally located 60km south of Leonora along the Goldfields Highway in the historic Kookynie Goldfields. The region is renowned for its abundant gold mineralisation and high-grade gold intercepts, evidenced by the number of significant discoveries and operating gold mines.
This includes Genesis Minerals Ltd (ASX:GMD) 850koz Au Ulysses Operation, which lies adjacent to Leonora South.
Geology
The project area mostly occurs within the Archean-aged Malcolm greenstone belt and surrounding granitoid complexes. It is characterised by a complex geological history involving multiple phases of volcanic and intrusive activity, metamorphism, and deformation.
The gold mineralisation in the region is typically granite (Diamantina) or mafic (Orion-Sapphire) hosted mineralisation styles, often associated with structural features such as faults and shear zones.
Mineralisation occurs in narrow brittle veins that dip steeply (80° south to subvertical) and generally trend ENE along stratigraphic trends, although significant local mineralised structures trend to NE or NNE.
These laminated veins are typically higher grade than massive veins, and alteration is generally narrow. These structures have played a crucial role in the localisation of gold-bearing fluids and the formation of economic deposits.

Leonora North Gold Project.
Project Overview
Located 40km northeast of Leonora, Leonora North is located within the Archaean Eastern Goldfield Superterrane, the eastern division of the Achean Yilgarn Craton.
The district, located around 250km north of Kalgoorlie, covers an area 100km long and 80km wide and contains an abundance of orogenic gold deposits.
The project area is less than 5km from Vault Minerals Ltd (ASX:VAU) +4Moz King of the Hills Gold Mine and surrounding deposits, and close to Genesis Minerals Ltd (ASX:GMD) ~2Moz Leonora and Kookynie (Ulysses) Gold Operations.
The project currently consists of two JORC compliant resources totalling 152,000 ounces at 1.82g/t Au.
Leonora North contains ~12km of fertile ground along the fertile Ursus Fault Line, with ~9km of this area still to be drill tested. Several significant discoveries also located along this fault line include Vault Minerals’ 105koz Cerebus-Eclipse Deposit as well as their 74koz Centauri Deposit.
Geology
Leonora North Project sits within the Norseman-Wiluna Greenstone Belt, a complex geological setting, characterised by a history of volcanic activity, metamorphism, and deformation, renowned for its gold deposits.
Gold mineralisation in the area is of two styles. One is contained within flat-lying (approx. 10-20o) quartz veining wholly enclosed within a granite host and is characterised by disseminated pyrite and trace copper mineralogy. Silicification is the dominant alteration assemblage with lesser sericitic and haematitic alteration.
The other is typical steep dipping shear-hosted mineralisation located within mafic volcanics. This mineralisation is typified by a quartz vein within a chloritic shear zone. Sulphide alteration is generally pyrite.
Historical mining and exploration activities have identified various gold-bearing zones within the project area, offering potential for both new discoveries and extensions to existing resources.
The Company’s project specifically targets these gold-bearing zones, characterised by alteration, shearing, and quartz veining.
